Mr. McDaniels has over 25 years working within the emergency management and disaster recovery sector, which is where he gained his vast exposure to the housing and real estate arenas.  Working alongside a myriad of federal, state and local governments where housing has always been a critical component of developing and rebuilding communities, Mr. McDaniels developed an affinity towards assisting households who ordinarily wouldn't be able to afford a home.  As the architect of many affordable and market rate housing programs in previous professional capacities, Mr. McDaniels understands the nuances associated with the real estate market and the homebuying process which has equipped him to more aptly assist buyers in the market with obtaining a home of their choice.  

 

Esrone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Multinational Business Operations and Masters of Public Administration degree both from Florida State University.  As a former real estate professional in Florida and active one here in the state of Georgia, his expertise will be invaluable to the buyers he assists.  His ultimate goal is to ensure that the real estate process for each buyer is not cumbersome but one full of pride, enjoyment and financial viability which as a result builds wealth, sustainability and personal economic success.
